Tickets may be purchased online via Eventbrite, but there are hefty fees for purchasing tables.

SCHEDULE:

5:00   Doors open — Those wishing to bid on the Silent Auction are welcome to browse and bid on items.

6:00  Welcome, prayer and dinner

7:30 - 8:00     Break time for bidding

8:00 - 8:50    After dinner entertainment featuring a local magician John Shore

8:50 - 9:15     Final chance for bidding

9:15 - 9:30     Announcement of silent auction winners


MAGICAL EVENING OF ENTERTAINMENT:

Drawing on thirty years of performance experience, local Kentucky magician, John Shore, promises to entertain guests with a family-friendly show which blends magic, mystery, history and comedy. Join us for an evening of fun!


PURPOSE:

Christian Academy of the Bluegrass, a Church of Christ-based private educational institution, seeks to infuse biblical values into every aspect of day-to-day learning. As a regional school with a focus on serving Bluegrass families, we strive to educate children in an environment that promotes spiritual growth, academic excellence and personal development, while offering small class sizes and affordable tuition rates.

All proceeds from the event will go towards the cost of running the school.


HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:

ALL CHECKS CAN BE MADE OUT TO CHRISTIAN ACADEMY OF THE BLUEGRASS

OPTION 1: If you wish to purchase tickets via check or cash, please mail your check or cash along with the number of tickets or tables you wish to purchase to the following address:

OPTION 2: 
Local church members may hand their payments to Tracy Hagar or David Gardner. Please make sure your payment includes the number of tickets or tables you wish to purchase. 

OPTION 3 Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite, which includes and additional fee of $3.45/individual ticket.
BE AWARE THAT TICKETS FOR TABLES HAVE TO BE PURCHASED INDIVIDUALLY ON EVENTBRITE (tables of eight) AND THAT IF PURCHASING ONLINE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $3.10 FEE PER SEAT AT YOUR 8-PERSON TABLE. WHEN ORDERING TICKETS FOR A TABLE OF 8 ON EVENTBRITE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $24.80/TABLE.
