Christian Academy of the Bluegrass would like to invite all board members, current committee members, students, parents, volunteers and anyone intersted in joining a committee to lunch Saturday, January 27th, followed by a brief committee informational session and a brainstorming/work session to help plan for the year ahead.
The board of directors for Christian Academy of the Bluegrass oversees several committees with various committee members and volunteers who are the backbone of the school. We would love to and need to have more volunteers in 2018.
Being on a committee does not require a large sacrifice of time. You can give as little or as much of your time as you wish. If you would be willing to contribute your talents or time, we would love to have you join us this year!

Selling Business Sponsorships for various events
Donor database development and maintenance
CHAIR: LAURA KING
Hiring of school personnel
Development of school policies & procedures
Helping with the daily office duties at the school on a volunteer basis
Chapel speaker recruitment and calendar management
CHAIR: CINDY STURDIVANT
Planning of the yearly curriculum
Accreditation research and planning
Summer camp ideas, planning and staffing
CHAIR: TAMMY LEWIS
Design and development of all advertising materials
(Currently planning a secretaries luncheon and church ice cream socials)
Booths and events promoting the school
Website production and maintenance
Mailings to Preschools

Maintenance of the school grounds
Maintenance of the school facilities
Cleaning of the building
Design of possible future facilities
